It was not this hard to loose weight the first time was it
Spent the last 2 nights working really hard in the gym. Its killing me. I have lost quite a lot of fitness and gained a lot of weight in the last few months. As a desperate measure I have given up alcohol till my birthday in April. Its a beer gut after all. I do not need a couple of cans of beer when I get home of an evening.
