Getting back to my roots
I have spent the last two days at work creating two designs for the company html newsletter. There are two designs for two audiences. Everything was pure html and css no nasty JSTL, JSF or PHP getting in the way.
In the end I managed to get exactly the same html to work for both designs which makes everyone elses life easier. All that needed changing was the stylesheet as that inserted all the images as background images into the relevant <div>s.
The layouts were not too different really. Bascially 3 columns plus a header and footer so I nicked the majority of the layout from this site and added in a few extra tweaks.
Lost another 2 pounds last week as well
